Registration Form
On-line registration is not available this year, but you can register by mail. Click here to download the 2008 registration form.
Little League requires a valid birth certificate and proof of residency prior to the registrant being placed on a team. You may either bring this form filled out to one of the registration locations or mail the listed items to the address below:
- Copy of birth certificate
- Copy of proof of residency
- Desired tryout date and time
- Registration fee

T-Ball and Coach Pitch do not have tryouts. Teams are selected using a blind draft.
Juniors and Seniors players will be contacted at a later date.
Fast-Pitch Softball, Minors, and Majors tryout dates will be posted in January 2008.

Little League requires all volunteers to undergo a background check each year. Please complete this form and return it to your manager or any league official along with a copy of your driver's license. You may also mail this information to the league address above.
